The Gratitude Journal: October ’19

I'm thankful, grateful, appreciate (1).jpg

Hey you ❤

The focus of this month is being INFLOW.

Being inflow of life requires us to be present and live life to our fullest capacity. We can use ‘time’ to our advantage by proactively planning and preparing for the life we want to manifest. However, it’s important to remember that the only time you can be sure exists is the present moment. Whilst planning is good, remember that the life you want to live is created by the little things we do on a daily basis. Paying attention to the small things is a way to reclaim our power over how we live our life.

Declaration for October:

“I am thankful for this new season in my life. This October I embrace change. I decide to stand in what I know and choose to make better decisions. I choose to be brave and pursue my goals, even when it doesn’t appease others. I choose to finally do the things I’ve been putting off due to my perfectionism. I put one step forward even when the path isn’t clear. I walk by faith not sight.”

Question to you:

What are you grateful for this month?

I’d love to hear from you.

Love Ash, xx

  1. I love this on so many levels. Last month I challenged myself to 30 days gradatitue journal. This month starts the last ten days. Fall is here and I am preparing to move into my own space after being in a roommate situation for two years. I miss the little thinking like making breakfast in my own kitchen. Cooking dinner for friends and family. Laying across the sofa on a lazy rainy day reading. Just being able to be. My move isn’t until Dec 1, 2019. During the month of October I ask for the patients to wait.🍁

    • Thank you so much! I feel you on this one. It’s so weird because I was actually in a similar situation last year. I got my own place in December but there was quite a few delays until I moved out. I had to learn to gain peace with waiting. I would say just enjoy as much as you can this waiting period. It will not last for long. Appreciate you sharing what you’re grateful for 💜

  2. Today I’m grateful that I’ve finally had a few hours to blog hop. It’s been a sad time for my family of late, so I’m very grateful to be able to flip the switch.

I’m always grateful to be living my highest and best life using what tools I currently have to work with. Thank Jehovah!
